Inclusive offers

• Provision of conference  rooms without charge of a separate room rent (not for the  booking
  of our presentation rooms), tables and seating according to your wishes.
• Standard equipment: Overhead projector with foil and pencils, big screen, flip chart with pad
  and pencils, Pin board covered on both sides. Further fees for technical equipment below.
• For the morning coffee break we offer coffee or tea and a choice of snacks (see list above)
• Lunch/dinner in our restaurant with two- or three course menus according to your choice.
• For Afternoon coffee break we offer home made pasties and cakes or our tasty little snacks.
• There are always fresh apples available during the conference.
• For events up to 7 persons we charge an extra fee for the meeting room.
  For meetings  with more than 8 persons we provide 1 meeting room and 1 group room (if required). Each additional room according to our price list.
• Drinks consumed during the meeting and the meals are charged according to consumption.
• Our packages can also  be ordered with two drinks
  (1 apple juice and 1 mineral water) for 5 Euro per person.
• We also have to charge the items of our packages which are not used.
• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the meeting.
• Variations in the number of participants can be dealt with free of charge only up to 2 days before the start of the meeting.
